About Me
I stuck closely to the traditionally expected route to life until a few years back when I found myself completely lacking motivation. I proceeded to find help in a life coach, who gave me the tools to see the many ways in which I had stifled my own personal wants, needs, and desires. During our work together, I was inspired to join the Transformative Nurse Coach Collective to deepen my understanding of coaching practices and become a coach. These shifts allowed me to feel more empowered and attuned to my personal truth. And that is what I help my clients uncover: who they really are, what they really want, and how to get it.
